Every sturdy iron padlock is finished through dozens of elaborate procedures. Strict quality control is implemented in every link, from raw‑material selection to finished‑product delivery.

Lock Body Forming High‑quality malleable cast iron or cold‑rolled steel plate is adopted. The lock‑body blank is integrally formed by high‑temperature casting or precision stamping. Shot‑blasting treatment and stress‑relief annealing eliminate hidden defects, making the lock body impact‑resistant. Precision‑machining is carried out for drilling, slot milling and deburring to produce accurate cavities for lock cylinder and shackle, ensuring tight‑fitting internal structures.

Shackle Forging & Heat‑Treatment The shackle is cut from high‑carbon‑steel rod and bent into a U‑shape. Quenching and tempering, the core anti‑theft process, greatly improves shear resistance to prevent violent cutting.

Precision‑Assembled Brass Lock Cylinder Fitted with a brass lock cylinder, matched brass pins and springs ensure smooth key insertion & removal and flexible operation.

Anti‑Rust Surface Treatment Multi‑step pretreatment including degreasing, pickling and water washing is completed before zinc‑plating or chrome‑plating. The electroplated coating forms a protective layer against oxidation and rust for longer service life.

Final‑Assembly & Strict‑Quality‑Inspection All parts are precisely assembled with lubricant added. Each finished padlock is tested for unlocking performance, shackle rebound and appearance quality. Sampling destructive tests including tension and shear‑resistance inspection are conducted. Qualified goods will be packed and stored.
